Mister grump didn't want to cooperate - Craig and I tried everything to get his ears up for a photo, but he wasn't having any part of it. Tommy was a good boy today at the Harder Memorial Show.

We're on the far left, in the blue shirt.

A few more updated photos of Ira.  He's developing nicely.  2 years old now.  =:)

"Gin Fizz" a recently completed Seunta Phoenix resin from the studio.  She is a lovely bay roan sabino with two blue eyes, a mixed mane and tail, and a few dapples thrown in for good measure.  She is currently available for sale!

The friesians are starting to make their move in the open show world.  (Respect!)  Some of the owners have merged into the morgan and saddlebred shows, and it is proving to be a successful venture. A lovely example below of two beautiful friesians in open huntseat and open saddleseat classes.  The photos are courtesy of Howard Schatzberg photography.

Congratulations to the akhal teke community,  I am down to only ONE person that I can fully trust anymore.  Only one - that's it.  I've never been around so many hypocritical fluff-heads and animal abusers (starvers), in my entire life!  Most will say one thing and then turn around and do the total opposite.  Fake and un-trustworthy as hell.  I've un-friended several people off my facebook page because I'm tired of watching the crap unfold.

I'm not holding out much hope for the akhal teke population in America anymore.  Time to start putting some distance away from the circus.  I made the right decision to go with the pinto association and register my horses with them.  From now on, anything subsequent that I raise with akhal teke blood will be going into the PtHA.  I'm desperately craving a more professional environment!

Klikitat Trek 2015

Some ride photos from Klikitat.

I decided to play it safe and entered the 25 mile LD at this ride.  I wasn't completely sure if Ox was fully recovered from getting stone bruised from our first ride of the year, so I proceeded with caution.  All turned out good.  He let me know right away that he was ready to rock and roll again!  We stayed at a conservative pace and came in 8th out of 72 riders.  We're ready to get back to doing 50's again.  =:)

After the ride we stopped by the Maryhill Stonehenge monument on the Columbia river gorge for a photo op.  Fun stuff!
