At the Cowboy Dressage show at Allen Case Farms in LaGrande on 7/9/16. We moved up and did the Challenge Court Test #1 (137 points) and the Walk/Jog Test #3 (149 points). Under Judge Dee Myers.

 

My version of a "seafood medley".  Grilled sweet corn, lobster tail, tuna steak, and Alaskan cod.

This is how a plate looks when it's done.  I add some French bread and avocado for a finishing touch.  Craig and I split the portions in half, and I cut the corn off the cob for his dental situation.
