In the summertime, Craig and I turn into some major BBQ lunatics! I'll put just about anything on the grill - meat, veggies, seafood, poultry, you name it - I'll grill it. My specialty is lobster. Craig and I will wait until seafood goes on sale at Safeway, and then we'll stock up on a whole pile of mud-bugs. We store them in the freezer until we're ready to grill in the summer, and then I'll take out two at a time and put them on the barbie. They're totally great.....
