In the summertime, Craig and I turn into some major BBQ lunatics!  I'll put just about anything on the grill - meat, veggies, seafood, poultry, you name it - I'll grill it.  My specialty is lobster.  Craig and I will wait until seafood goes on sale at Safeway, and then we'll stock up on a whole pile of mud-bugs.  We store them in the freezer until we're ready to grill in the summer, and then I'll take out two at a time and put them on the barbie.  They're totally great.....

Shake N' Bake is doing great since we got her in January.  She's getting bigger and gaining weight nicely! 

And, one of my projects for this year is to make sure everything gets a fresh coat of paint around our house.  I've got to re-coat the deck, two sheds, our little pump house, and some trim and base boards around the main house.  I just recently finished putting some fresh paint on the picket fence and our little farm sign.  =:)
